Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2025
Dinnr ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.
1. Information We Collect
Account information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and an encrypted password. If you sign in with a third-party provider (e.g., Apple, Google), we receive basic profile data (name, email) from that provider.
Photos: When you scan your fridge, the photo is processed by a third-party AI service to identify ingredients. Photos are sent securely and are not stored on our servers after processing.
Preferences: We store your dietary preferences, language settings, and saved meals to personalize your experience.
Subscription data: Subscription purchases and billing are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) and RevenueCat. We do not collect or store your payment card details.
Usage analytics: We may collect anonymous usage data (e.g., screens viewed, feature usage) to improve the app. This data cannot be used to identify you.
